Inspector Tobe Sprado was employed as a Conservation Officer in 1991 and has 29 years of experience as a Conservation Officer. He was posted in Surrey, Smithers, Houston, Atlin, Castlegar, Kamloops and Penticton.
He’s currently the officer in charge of the Okanagan region. In May 2016, Conservation Officer Service (COS) was tasked to take over compliance and enforcement of the Off Road Vehicle Act (ORVA) from the Ministry of Forests Natural Resource Officers. He was made responsible for the delivery of compliance and enforcement of the ORVA for the province.
